Email us at hello@encoredating.app. A real person answers, usually within a day. If someone on Encore has put you in danger, call 911 first.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we’ll email you a link to choose a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
In the app, go to You → Delete my account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches and messages. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account and we’ll do it for you.
Go to You and turn on Pause my profile. You disappear from Discover, and your existing conversations stay.
Everyone on Encore is a real, divorced or divorcing adult 30 or older. Verification, with a photo of your ID and a quick selfie, is how we keep it that way. It’s run by Stripe; Encore never receives your ID images.
Try again in good light with all four corners of your ID in the frame, and no hat or sunglasses for the selfie. If it keeps failing, email us.
The first 100 people who join the waitlist and then create an Encore account with the same email get a founding-member badge, 6 months of Encore Plus free and 3 bouquets. Used a different email? Write to us and we’ll sort it out.
Tap ⚑ on their profile in Discover, or ⋯ in your conversation with them. Reports are private and reviewed by a person. Reporting also blocks them, so you won’t see each other again.
The National Domestic Violence Hotline is free and confidential, 24/7: 1-800-799-7233.
Encore Plus and bouquets are bought through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel a subscription or ask for a refund, use your App Store or Google Play account settings; we can’t cancel or refund on their behalf.
